- Take primary responsibility for identifying, building, and developing business cooperation relationships and customizing specialized products tailored to partner characteristics, especially with market-leading partners, to offer unsecured loan products to their customers and employees.
- Take primary responsibility for planning partner development and disbursement/new issuance plans through partner channels.
- Take primary responsibility for developing and managing relationships with affiliated partners.
- Take primary responsibility for analyzing, assessing potential, and identifying opportunities for each group of affiliated partners.
- Take primary responsibility for evaluating, appraising, and proposing the development of existing corporate clients into affiliated partners for unsecured loan and retail banking products.
- Take primary responsibility for identifying and developing new potential partners.
- Research and propose partnership programs and cooperation agreements with affiliated partners.
- Take primary responsibility for researching and proposing suitable cooperation programs for affiliated partners.
- Take primary responsibility for drafting cooperation agreements/contracts with affiliated partners.
- Take primary responsibility for implementing and managing cooperation programs with affiliated partners.
- Take primary responsibility for supporting affiliated partners in organizing programs/events to promote unsecured loan products – retail banking.
- Take primary responsibility for developing and executing cooperation plans with partners to grow individual customer products and services.
- Take primary responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of partnership programs and customer referrals.
- Monitor and evaluate cooperation programs with affiliated partners.
- Propose and develop metrics and criteria to measure and assess the effectiveness of cooperation programs with affiliated partners.
- Take primary responsibility for supporting business units in developing new retail partners (for smaller partners).
- Develop and implement linkage programs (Department of Planning and Investment, Consulting Companies...) to grow the new retail customer base.
- Support business units in reaching, marketing, and developing retail customer segments from affiliated partners.
- Maintain partner relationships and resolve any issues arising during the cooperation period.
