Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential clients by different methods & channels (cold call, networking event, referral, email marketing, etc.)
Sales and Business Development:
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
- Drive the sales process by presenting our CRM Loyalty.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Gather useful information/ insight from client to create attractively matching proposal for their demands.
- Track and report on the status of proposal until the deal finalization.
- Coordinate with partner’s & internal team to follow up with project implementation.
Customer Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure their success with our solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Market Study:
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to clients and their industries.
- Keep updated with market & competitions.
- Report and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth on a monthly basis.
- Support in creating and implementing processes and policies to support the overall business.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
