Lead Generation:

  • Identify and engage potential clients by different methods & channels (cold call, networking event, referral, email marketing, etc.)

Sales and Business Development:

  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
  • Drive the sales process by presenting our CRM Loyalty.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Gather useful information/ insight from client to create attractively matching proposal for their demands.
  • Track and report on the status of proposal until the deal finalization.
  • Coordinate with partner’s & internal team to follow up with project implementation.

Customer Engagement:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure their success with our solutions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Market Study:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to clients and their industries.
  • Keep updated with market & competitions.
  • Report and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth on a monthly basis.
  • Support in creating and implementing processes and policies to support the overall business.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
