  • Identify and engage potential clients for coffee experience bookings, including individuals, corporate teams, and travel groups.
  • Build relationships with local hotels, tour operators, coworking spaces, and event organizers to generate consistent leads.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and effectively present Lacaph’s experience offerings to various audiences.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and execution of bookings.
  • Represent Lacaph at relevant events, exhibitions, or partner venues to drive awareness and bookings.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and report weekly performance.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Fluent English communication skills (compulsory).
  • Experience in sales, customer service, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Vietnamese; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • A genuine interest in coffee, storytelling, and Vietnamese culture.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with basic sales tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM systems) is a plus.
