- This role serves as the main point of contact between Brilliant Cebu English Academy (Philippines) and study abroad agents in Vietnam. The position involves promoting the school to potential partners, answering inquiries via email or Zalo, and helping to build strong, ongoing relationships with local agents to support student recruitment from Vietnam.
- Visit study abroad agents’ offices, primarily in Ho Chi Minh City (once per month) and Hanoi (approximately once every 3 months), to introduce and promote Brilliant Cebu.
- Respond to agent inquiries and support communication through email and Zalo in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Vietnamese study abroad agents.
- Understand the Philippines’ language study market and stay informed about current trends, competitors, and the positioning of Brilliant Cebu within this market.
Identify and recommend potential students who align well with the school’s offerings and learning environment. - Travel to Cebu approximately once per quarter for site visits and coordination with school staff.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure consistent messaging and support.
- Additionally, support the customer service team of the Brilliant Vietnam branch, accounting for approximately 30% of the role. This includes assisting with orientation and school enrollment guidance for Vietnamese and other international students.

- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication are essential for maintaining productive partnerships with agents.
- Eager to study about both the Vietnamese and Philippine markets, culturally sensitive, and passionate about helping students find the right learning environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Customer Service.
- Good English communication - IELTS 6.5
- Ability to work flexibly, enthusiastically, priority given to candidates who have worked in the service industry.
