1. Team & Daily Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across the team, including order handling, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Supervise showroom activities to ensure timely and high-quality processing of customer orders.
- Monitor team performance, including quality of work and delivery response time; provide weekly performance reports to the CEO.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to help them reach individual and team KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment that reflects brand standards.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Florist teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
- Promote effective internal communication and collaboration between departments.
- Provide clear feedback, participate in conflict resolution, and support staff motivation and retention.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the CEO or Office Manager.
2. Procurement & Demand Planning
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process: liaise directly with farms, packaging vendors, and gift suppliers to place POs, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality.
- Forecast demand in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams, especially around seasonal events (e.g. Valentine’s, Women’s Day, Tet).
- Track order and delivery status, proactively solve supply issues, and ensure timely restocking.
- Oversee inventory levels and warehouse transfers, ensuring high product availability while minimizing waste.
- Analyze product and sales data to refine purchasing decisions, discontinue low performers, and optimize product mix.
- Support product launches, packaging updates, and new designs in coordination with Marketing and Florist teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and suggest improvements in sourcing strategy and procurement processes.
- Prepare and present clear, regular reports on inventory, supplier activity, and product trends.
