Live Streaming Planning & Execution:
- Manage daily operations of TikTok live streaming, including content planning, scripting, and event coordination to maximize performance.
- Monitor live stream performance, analyze key metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion rates), and optimize content and strategies.
- Leverage TikTok’s traffic mechanisms to increase live streaming exposure and enhance organic traffic acquisition.
- Handle product selection, pricing, and promotional planning to boost live streaming GMV and ROI.
Host & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage live stream hosts, improving their sales performance.
- Monitor host performance, optimize live selling scripts, and enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with photographers, video editors, and co-hosts to ensure high-quality live streams.
- Conduct post-stream analysis meetings to summarize learnings and continuously improve team performance.
Marketing & Data Analysis
- Develop TikTok live streaming promotion strategies, leveraging paid ads, influencer collaborations, and community marketing to increase traffic.
- Analyze live streaming data, including watch time, engagement rate, and conversion rate, and propose optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies, adjusting operations to maintain competitiveness.
- Research TikTok platform rules and incentives to maximize platform benefits.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Language: Fluent in Chinese or English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in TikTok live streaming operations or e-commerce live streaming, with proven sales success.
- Live Streaming Expertise: Familiar with TikTok live streaming mechanisms, including traffic distribution, engagement strategies, and host management.
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of optimizing strategies based on live stream performance.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
