• Identify functional and non-functional requirements of the solution to be developed; coordinate with the Development department to evaluate the feasibility of the software on the basis of compliance and compliance with Bank’s architecture
• Develop User Business Requirement Document (BRD) and coordinate software functional design analysis with Development department.
• Research and assess market demand and similar products to come up with ideas, solutions and upgrade requirements for banking products and services; Proposing features and solutions for suitable products and services.
• Regularly update new technologies to consult and apply to work in order to improve labor productivity and reduce costs, human resources, etc.

• Specialized in IT, Banking and Finance, MBA/Bachelor’s degree and above.
