Job Summary:

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in electronic components and a proven sales track record. We seek a service-oriented, active, and positive individual who enjoys engaging with customers and is approachable. While we appreciate professional appearance, we value candidates who can effectively use technology to work efficiently. A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.

• In this role, you will collaborate closely with both customers and suppliers to provide technical guidance, assist with product specification approvals, and offer cross-part referencing solutions. You will be integral in expanding our customer base, managing the full sales cycle, and driving business growth while ensuring exceptional service and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales Support:

• Provide comprehensive technical information and guidance on electronic components and systems, ensuring compatibility with customer needs.

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products based on technical requirements and budget considerations.

• Recommend alternative products when necessary and offer cross-part referencing support to ensure compatibility.

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities by expanding the customer base and exploring new product lines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, formulating strategies to develop key accounts.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contract terms.

Customer Collaboration and Project Management:

• Work closely with customers to understand their product specifications, applications, and solutions requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to secure product specification approvals (spec-in process).

• Manage sales projects from inquiry to delivery, including post-sales support.

• Address non-conforming (NC) products and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) to track performance and pipeline status.

• Forecast customer needs and project timelines to drive proactive sales strategies.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Partner with engineering and product development teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and high-quality standards.

• Work alongside sourcing teams to secure competitive pricing and ensure product availability.

• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate customer specifications into product offerings.

• Provide actionable feedback to suppliers based on customer insights, helping to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
