- E-commerce Development: Lead the planning, development, and launch of an online e-commerce platform tailored to the Vietnamese market.
- Dealer Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and support a strong network of dealers and partners across Vietnam.
- Business Growth Strategy: Contribute to business strategy and identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Public Speaking & Representation: Represent the company in public forums, dealer meetings, product launches, and promotional events.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate effective communication with HQ and regional teams across language and cultural lines.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields—experience in ecommerce is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Vietnamese, English—spoken and written.
- Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills; must be confident and articulate.
- Presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market, preferably with experience in health, wellness, or consumer products.
