About the position:

We help in processing of collecting, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information (finding meaningful facts and trends relevant to an outcome of interest), informing conclusions (making sense of complex concepts) and supporting decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for data collection, development and implementation analysis to provide insight for to support decision making process of manager of Debt Collection Division.
• Proactive discuss with manager of Debt Collection Division to order to catch up business problems to provide insight right time.
• Participate in projects of Debt Collection Division with the role of data analysis to capture business strategic business issues.
• Training analysis staffs about business knowledge and analytics skill.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in economics / banking / finance / IT / AI – ML or relevant majors.
• Knowledge of banking.
• Knowledge of debt collection is preferred.
• Knowledge of data system, Business Intelligence (BI) system.
• Practical experience in managing BI systems for banking; experience in debt collection is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong analytical ability, time management skills, and logical thinking.
