1. Strategy & Growth
• Own and lead the overall ecommerce and digital roadmap across all online touchpoints.
• Manage and scale performance on D2C websites, marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok shop), and social commerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Develop tailored strategies per platform to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth while ensuring consistent brand experience.
• Take charge of ecommerce P&L, forecasting, and growth planning aligned with business goals.
• Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and marketing teams to drive impactful campaigns, livestream activations, and platform-specific initiatives.

2. Performance & Conversion
• Leverage data to optimize user journey, improve conversion rate (CRO), and boost AOV.
• Implement A/B testing, collaborate on UX/UI improvements with tech/product teams.
• Monitor and act on insights via tools like GA4, heatmaps, CRM dashboards.

3. Digital Marketing & CRM
• Partner with the marketing team to drive performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Lead CRM strategies, email marketing, and loyalty campaigns to drive retention.
• Align messaging across all digital customer touchpoints in collaboration with content and creative.

4. Team Management & Collaboration
• Lead ecommerce, digital, and order ops teams; work closely with cross-functional departments including logistics, product, and finance.
• Act as a key bridge between business, marketing, and tech to align goals and execution.
