2. Conceive and initiate portfolio action programs to improve customer activity and stickiness to the cards product
3. Ensure portfolio health & quality along with credit unit
4. Drive spend campaigns through tele-sales channel
5. Monitor turnover data & program performance to improve effectiveness

    Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance & Banking, or Insurance.

    Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Knowledge of credit cards.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit card spending management.
