- Develop the budget plan and action plan to implement and promote the Payment Account product line.
- Manage the research, development, and enhancement of demand deposit products, associated features, and fee-based services related to accounts through overseeing market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment; establish regulations, procedures, forms, and pricing policies for new products; and improve or adjust existing products.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing the revenue and profit of the assigned payment account products; managing and providing related reports to relevant departments, regulatory authorities, and business units; balancing the risk and profitability of the products.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop promotion and marketing strategies for payment account products. Manage the implementation, promotion, and sales support of products through activities such as: overseeing product training communications; designing, launching, and executing sales promotion programs and marketing campaigns to customers; effectively managing support for business units; and ensuring compliance with sales processes at business units.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Payment Account & Payroll Product Department; the Director of the Mid-Corporate Customer Business Management Center and Deposit Products; the Executive Board of the Retail Customer Division; and other authorized management levels at different times.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking / Business Administration / Marketing
2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn Có Liên Quan
Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Understanding of payment account product development and management or similar fields
- Knowledge of the market situation, products, and digital technology services of banks in Vietnam
- Expertise in building procedures, regulations, and policies related to retail bank payment account services
- Understanding of product marketing activities / go-to-market strategies
- Experience in product development in digital channels is an advantage
