Job description

You will play a key role in expanding the reach of Vietnam’s high-quality, value-added seafood products to international markets – particularly the US, EU, and Australia. This is a high-impact position for individuals who are passionate about global business and eager to grow in a professional, export-driven environment.


1. Customer Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify, approach, and develop new international clients (importers, distributors, retailers).
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and product support to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.

2. Negotiation & Deal Closing

  • Lead price negotiations, trade terms, and contract discussions.
  • Draft commercial documents and international trade agreements in English.

3. Order Execution & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Export-Import teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and provide proactive solutions to any issues that arise.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare regular business performance reports and recommend strategic approaches to expand market presence.
Job requirement

1. Experience:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in seafood export sales, especially in value-added or processed seafood.
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written) – able to negotiate, present, and draft contracts

2. Education & Skills:

  • Degree in International Business, Economics, Trade, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of global seafood markets, particularly in the US, EU, Australia.
  • Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, logistics, and seafood certifications
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, customer management, and market research.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
