1. Improve stability of Card systems: Investigate and troubleshoot for issues, incidents and problems of application as level 3 support
2. Design solution for Card services and make sure the quality of the services is good to support for Change request of BU
3. Providing the knowledge to make the best solution of the business development
4. Document all configurations/customizations/modifications and make it understandable for Testing/troubleshot/Deployment/Installation to implement these change requests. Provide documents/supports to architecture team regarding change requests of the corresponding systems
5. Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
6. Join and contribute the group to resolve the incident/problem to make the system stable
7. Update new BU of Card and new technical; present to internal Domain and propose to apply new suitable techinical with Bank
8. Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/team about capabilities of new technology/systems

Educational Qualifications
- A bachelor's in computer science
Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Minimum of +5 years hands on experience with at least one of the following Banking system (Core Banking, Card,…)
- Have experience and expert knowledge in Card service systems or relating.
- Have strong experience in design solution for Card Products and/or Card services.
- Have strong experience in solution design for OLTP software system in microservices architecture and/or strong experience in Relational database (MS SQL, MySQL, Postgre, Oracle,..).
- Understand Banking knowledge (priority for Card businesses)
- Have experience with ISO messages and International Card Policies (Visa. MasterCard,…)
- Have experience data flow as well as processes of ATM, CDM, POS,…
- An understanding of bank business processes and constraints
- Experience of supervision of a team
- Negotiation skills
