Job description
- Act as the functional expert for the managed systems in order to provide the technical solution end to end, which will then be implemented by development team.
- Understand BRD, lead and work with peers to provide technical solution end to end, and clearly document the technical solution.
- Improve stability of integration systems: Investigate and troubleshoot for issues, incidents and problems of application as level 3 support
- Participate in the dedicated Projects/CRs as System Analyst role at a given time, fulfill Projects/CRs requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
- Coordinates to resolve the incident/problem to make the system stable
- Research new technology/technical solution; present to internal Domain and propose to apply for Business requirement fulfillment
- Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/team system functionalities
- Ensuring the delivery of new products, requirements or services from BU requirements is to the appropriate level of quality, on time.
- Manage a sub team to ensure the requirements release to product on time.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience
Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- At least 2+ years’ experience working in software development and integrations.
- Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
- Experience with banking systems such as Integration System (middleware), Core banking, Internet Banking, Card,...
