1. Workforce planning & budget management: Together with Head of HRBP to work with the Business Leaders to plan for the budget & Headcount in order to meet the business objectives
2. Performance management: To drive the high performance culture by effectively facilitate the performance management process, coaching & guide people manager on performance management for up to management level.
3. Employee management: Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the internal client, Builds a strong business relationship with the partners & Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
4. Talent management & Succession plan: implement succession plan up to management level. Identified the talent & develop the IDP to develop talent
5. Talent Acquisition: To recruit from Grade 9+ for the business unit
6. Change management: Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks, challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes up to Center/ Regional level
