Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and execution of bookings.
Represent Lacaph at relevant events, exhibitions, or partner venues to drive awareness and bookings.
Maintain detailed sales records and report weekly performance.
Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
